Onyx For Mac 10.13.6

I am running the last available OS for this MBP (High Sierra 10.13.6) and re-installing it did nothing as also did not running Onyx. Any ideas how to fix this? EDIT: I found the hidden user Library but deleting the cache files, emptying the Trash and booting the laptop did nothing.

  1. Mac’s OS X has a built-in function to keep your system from getting bogged down with old files that are no longer needed. Every Mac has three versions of its maintenance scripts — daily, weekly, and monthly — that handle clearing out different unnecessary files as well as some additional system upkeep like reporting network statistics.
  2. Until the version 10.6, Mac OS X came on physical installation discs, and you could use the original Mac OS X install disc to reset your password. If you’re still running an older version of the Mac OS X operating system and have the installation medium at hand, admin password recovery won’t be a problem for you.
  3. That will the case, at least, for Onyx, as Titanium software makes a specific version of Onyx for each Mac OS. The administrator has disabled public write access. TechTool Pro 9.x and High Sierra, OS 10.13 22 Sep 2017 21:38 #8613.
